Listify ("we", "us") is operated by Ads Marketing Agency LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our listing automation service and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

Account information (email address) used to sign in; product data you submit (titles, costs, descriptions, images, supplier links); seller settings such as pricing rules and disclaimers; and, if you connect eBay, OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by eBay.

2. eBay data

We never see or store your eBay password. Authorization happens on eBay's own login page. The tokens eBay provides are stored securely on our servers, accessible only by our backend, and are used solely to read your business policies and create, update and publish listings you explicitly approve. We do not access buyer data, messages or payment information.

3. How we use information

To generate listing drafts, calculate prices and fees, produce product images, publish to marketplaces at your request, and improve extraction quality based on your own corrections. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Sharing

Data is shared only with service providers needed to run the app (hosting, storage, AI processing) and with eBay when you publish. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Retention and deletion

You can disconnect eBay at any time from Settings, which deletes stored tokens. You may also revoke access from your eBay account settings. To delete your account and data, contact us.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, stored in access-controlled private storage, and isolated per user.
