These terms govern your use of Listify, a service operated by Ads Marketing Agency LLC. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Listify helps sellers prepare product listings: extracting product data, suggesting prices, generating images and descriptions, and publishing to marketplaces such as eBay through their official APIs when you authorize it.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing every listing before publishing, for the accuracy of titles, prices, descriptions and images, for having the right to sell the products, and for complying with the policies of each marketplace (including eBay's User Agreement and selling policies).

3. Marketplace connections

Connecting eBay grants Listify permission to manage inventory and listings on your behalf only for actions you initiate. You can revoke this access at any time from Settings or from your eBay account.

4. AI-generated content

Suggestions, prices and images are generated automatically and may contain errors. They are provided as drafts; final decisions are yours.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for counterfeit, prohibited or infringing items, or to violate any law or marketplace rule.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost sales, fees, account suspensions or indirect damages arising from listings you publish.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or suspend accounts that violate them. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
